My approach to spirituality

Scientists say our daily conscious life is only 5% of our entire being. The remaining 95% is untapped mystery in the unconscious waiting to be explored. Working with the unseen unconscious is like cleaning a window. Layer after layer of the dirt of everyday living- trauma, unhealthy patterns, toxic relationships, needs to be brought into the light to promote clear sight through the window of the soul.

In the unseen parts of the self lies treasures that your psyche yearns to unearth. It takes alchemical fire to burn away what no longer serves us. At times, the process can be daunting and it's best to have a coach who has tread the path before you. Through spiritual knowledge, wisdom, and your own unique practice, you will gently move through new states of consciousness toward well-being and happiness.
